"I had a feeling this place would..."
I had a feeling this place would be good for native plants, the selection mostly backed that up. They had a nice variety, though a few of the specific plants I wanted were out of stock, which was a little disappointing. The site was easy to use overall, nothing fancy, but it got the job done.

"Got the wrong seeds and felt unsure"
I received my order, but it ended up being the wrong seeds. I was disappointed and just wanted some reassurance that it can be fixed or replaced without a hassle.

"Pretty good deal, honestly"
I thought the seeds were priced fairly, and overall the order felt worth it. There was way more variety than I usually find at local shops, which was nice. Shipping didn’t make the total ridiculous either, so yeah, I was happy with it. Not life-changing or anything, but a solid buy

I had a question about my order and sent an email to prairiemoon.com. They got back to me the next day, which felt reasonable. The response was easy to understand, and they fixed the issue without turning it into a whole back-and-forth. Not instant, but it all worked out, and I was able to move on with my day feeling like I’d actually crossed something off my list. Solid 4-star experience for me.

"I was really hoping for better results, but..."
I was really hoping for better results, but only a few of the seeds actually came up. After waiting and checking on them, it was disappointing, to be honest. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not what I expected.

"The shipping was better than I expected. I..."
The shipping was better than I expected. I placed the order and kind of figured it would take a bit, but it actually showed up a little early, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated fine too, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it was or anything. No real complaints on timing at all
